Mostly clean except the bathroom Staff was in between friendly and unfriendly Would stay again

I would stay there again

Dirty Smelly: hallways, room and furniture had a musky smell Stains on the mattress of the pullout couch Couch cushions were dirty and smelly Hallway carpet had stains especially close to doorways Would never stay there again.

Property needs to be fully cleaned, updated and soundproofed. Between children running up and down the halls unattended and a pop up party on a balcony overlooking the pool area that the hotel ignored, moving to another hotel was the only answer.

Was great value for money it’s looking little old and will need updating before to long but was still very comfortable & clean and staff were all very welcoming & very friendly & helpful

New carpets and redecorations

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It is the hotel that will always have me review a hotel before and after the stay now. Burt beware: 1) Dirty bed linens not replaced despite asking 2) Mold on the bathroom ceiling 3) grime inside the tub 4) no technology worked 5) no USB / misc C plugs 6) had a phone from August 2000 on the night stand that wasn’t even plugged in 7) the hotel was dirty 8) I had breakfast included with my stay and I was told by the server that “she comped my breakfast” 9) the night staff couldn’t answer if we could have a late checkout 10) they were painting the outside of our room at 8am every morning; including Saturday 11) when I called the front desk Saturday morning, the phone wasn’t answered despite calling four times 12) the hotel was dirty, especially the elevator 13) There were random phones on the floor by each elevator 14) The sink, counter and get ready space was in the same room as the beds, making it impossible to get ready without waking up my daughter.

Old and run down. Hallways and stairways are beat to hell. The mattresses are completely sagging in the middle, so I slept one night on the sofa sleeper. I could barely get out of it in the morning due to back pain. The cable service is a joke (local channels and maybe 5 others such as Weather Channel). The only money put into this property might have been in the lobby. Rooms were worn and unclean. It made me REALLY appreciate my normal Marriott properties (they were not available).

The property needs some serious cleaning / updating. Conveniently located - but otherwise really no positives whatsoever. Seems Hilton is slowly killing off the DoubleTree brand. Stay away.

Staff was great at the front desk and at breakfast.
