C14 - Casa da Luz

The size of the house. We where with 3 persons so it was big enough for us. There where some bad points see 🙁 but after all i would recommend this to stay if you want a budgetstay its oke, its clean, its not a wow

At first we had to go to another city(Lagos) to get the key and check in the checking in period was 2 ours and alott people came too check in so you have to wait at least 45 minutes. After waiting we had a woman that wasn't nice to us to check us in. The bbq was really Tiny and the remote control of the television didnt work so we where only able to see one channel. In the advertising it said incl. Oven but: THERE IS NO OVEN IN THE KITCHEN

Large space, close to the center.

Over 10km from the place where the key is collected to the apartment. You need either a car or a taxi. They fine you if you leave your garbage on site, there is no large public bin nearby so expect to carry your rubbish for a while. Beds in rooms are rather small - hard to call them 2 person bed. They ask you to sign an additional contract with them informing about fines - bad experiences in the past?

Comfort and location. Very good!

Great location, good value for money. Cute 3 bedroom house with all the amenities necessary. Lovely veranda. Great for families with children but also couples who are looking to travel around. Free parking on the streets nearby and even in the front of the entrance. Key collection is in Lagos, since we had a car was not an issue. The staff was friendly and it was a quick process.

The place is a bit old/rundown. Even the bedsheets seem to have been used and rewashed for too long. There is no double bed in either of the rooms, but we connected the two single beds and it was fine.

Would prefer not to have to check in for keys at different location. Kept receiving auto emails about check in before we checked out. No direct personal emails from property, only automatic email responses

Location, terrace

So called double beds were tiny. Over sized singles if anything. The kettle blew the main fuse board - totally unusable. Wifi non existent - part of shower door hanging off - clearly needing attention.

The location was very good. Premises were clean and quiet. Washing machine was handy.

Picking up the keys in Lagos at the Dreamalgarve office was not convenient since we did not have a car rental. They told us to contact them if wifi was not working. How can I contact them if I do not have wifi. Had to contact office 4 times plus to advise of no wifi. Had a neighbour call the office for us to tell them no wifi. We moved router to top of fridge and finally got a weak signal. We physically went back to their office to tell the them wifi not reliable and they said we would have it replenished in 45 minutes. Never happened. Technician came by 2 days later after we had physically went back to office in Lagos, where they assured us again wifi would be replenished. Technician said he would order a new router and said it was working. It was only working after we placed router on top of fridge. We waited for new router. New router was never provided. Weak signal so we didn’t have any TV either. Very stressful. No support from dreamalgarve office. No coffee maker at location. Otherwise wise kitchen was well equipped. We stayed at 5 other premises on our visit and always had contact with hosts if necessary.
