Good value. Close to oue event we attended.

Dirty carpets in rooms. Asked for rooms close by each other but the 3 rooms were on 3 different floors.

I like the location of the hotel.

I did not like that the room felt dirty and when I checked into the first time the room had stains so I had to be moved to another room and the new room smelled really bad. I didn’t want to have to change rooms again so I stuck it out. But it smelled like someone had just used the bathroom and stunk it up. So was pretty disappointed.

Great staff, lovely room

Whenever I come to L.A., I always stay this hotel. I was so impressed by the staff of this hotel when I checked in just few hours ago.. I've never met anyone like him before. He is well organised and very smart, moreover incredibly kind. There were a few hiccups during check-in, but he handled everything like a magician—fast and perfect. I'm so grateful for everything you've done Mr Terraine Williams. You can rest easy if he’s handling your check-in. He’s hands down the most professional person I’ve worked with.

I liked the free car charging. Staff was friendly especially the morning receptionist.

The breakfast was really bad. I could barely eat anything. The noise from the freeway was very loud and so was the air conditioner. Carpets on the room really need to be replaced. Seemed dirty, old and weathered.
