I was disappointed that the rooms were not like the pictures booking.com had on their website. they were over booked on one of the king rooms and give us a queen room. They told me that it was booking.com fault for over booking the king room.

Location was great. Room was clean and nice. Cookies are always delicious.

Reservation from booking was not on their end due to their system being down. I was still able to book a room however this was still an inconvenience as the front desk person told me they were "sold out."

"Filthy room and no refund"

DO NOT stay at this hotel. We prepaid for a 4 night stay for our kids and grandchildren. Our daughter sent us photos of the filth in the room…excessively dirty air conditioner, mold growing on the carpet and furniture. They stayed one night and then went to another hotel. Our daughter spoke with the hotel manager and requested a refund for the stay, which he said he would honor. It’s never materialized. We won’t be booking at Hiltons in the future.
