My wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. I’m an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.

Liz was lovely she welcomed us and brought us a drink when we arrived. Nothing too much trouble. She rang for a reservation at our choice of pub for our meal. We paid for our breakfast which was lovely. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

The property is modern, high quality and thoughtfully equipped. It is quite possibly the cleanest I have ever experienced. The host was helpful, considered and a good cook.

Only slight reservations about the parking and some road noise, but minor really.

Scenic location - originally being from Hull I had never realised the area was so nice! Good facilities, everything we needed. Easy parking. Friendly host.

Could not find the chocolate for guests but wasn't too bothered as supposed to be dieting!

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The host could not do enough to make our stay excellent. E.g. booking a restaurant, ensuring we had lovely touches in our room like fresh milk, and cooking a great breakfast. Very friendly. Off road parking.
