Excellent food - especially the mixed berries! Dining room delightful.

My 'over the garage' room is very compact and does not have room for a chair, which means you have to sit/lie on the bed to read or watch TV. But overall this small gripe is far outweighed by the overall excellence and friendliness.

Room was very comfortably and well cared for and the hostess was very helpful and kind. The location was amazing, in a beautiful village with a bus stop right outside to get anywhere you wish.

Being on a motorcycle the route through Lincolnshire was really good and the Humber bridge was a lovely end to the ride

The bus service let us down but that is a national issue anyway
