Quality Inn Baton Rouge East I-12

There were flies in the room. The tub flooded just from running the shower. There were pnats under the cover on the bed. It was a junkie right outside of our room. The room had an overpowering smell of smoke. I had to clean the room just so my fiance and children would feel somewhat comfortable. I will NEVER in my life stay there or recommend that horrible place.

The room was nice, and one of their workers came quickly to fix the T.v. Their customer service was very helpful. And the beds were very comfortable.

Omg, never will I ever book this hotel again. Pool was dirty, my toilet back up and they had roachs, a drug dealer hotel next to me and crack heads walking around all thur the night. Breakfast was nothing cereal no milk, a few muffins no milk and waffle batter plus you have to give all your information just to get breakfast because I’m guessing the homeless people be coming in.

Great & clean place except for homeless people hanging out all night, and some dope users & pushers making noise. NO security, no sleep , unsafe. Loose dogs. I didn’t get what I reserved,

We arrived at the hotel to check in around Noon, and was told that it would cost $30 to check in early! We waited until check in time. When we walked into the room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke, even though the advertisement states that this was a non-smoking room! The bathtub was filthy. It took many Clorox wipes to clean it(thank God I brought them!)! There were a number of shady , strange looking people hanging around the parking lot which made us feel very uncomfortable. We were woken up at 1:30AM by loud music containing foul language, etc, and continued until 3AM. We did NOT feel safe in this hotel, and will definitely not stay here again!

The breakfast was horrible only cold items and the pool was ever open even though if you call they say it is and they have real breakfast I will never stay there again I also had many roaches crawling around my room

The pictures on the website did not show the true conditions of the hotel. It was very run down and the room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled like a smoke filled bar. The bedding and curtains were stained. Very, very unsatisfied! We checked out and did not stay the second night.

The lobby was the only clean part of the hotel. Lady at check in was nice, dry, but not rude. Theres heavy foot traffic, prostitutes hanging around. They openly solicit The first room i was given had large dead bugs smashed into the walls, large noticeable spider webs in the wall corners, and stains that look like blood on the curtains. Holes in the bathroom door, and nasty sticky stains on the carpet. I wanted to leave but 3rd party refunds are complicated i booked a nonrefundable room, so i got a different room. This one had blood stained curtains as well, a constant running toilet, and dead bugs on the floor, as well as roaches crawling from behind the head boards. Lets just say to not be able to get a refund for such a nasty place that should not even be listed/ open is a great disappointment. The city of BR needs to shut places like this down when owners allow them to be growing grounds for the type of activities that go on there.

Front desk receptionist was very rude upon check, had non smoking room, room reeked of smoke, Breakfast room was a mess. Milk and cereal were spilled all over counter and floor was not cleaned up. Waffle machines were disgusting so I didnt eat. Housekeeper and front desk receptionist were arguing loudly and cussing at each other. Not that Ill ever be back to Baton Rouge but if I am I will not be back to this hotel.

We booked non smoking room. They gave us a smoking room. The girl at the front desk was not helpful. She said she would try to move us but never followed up with us so we just dealt with it. Room smelled musty and had cigarette ash on floor.
