that it was close to parris island for my sons graduation to get to base

it wasn’t very clean.,found empty gator aid bottles in the drawers when checked in door handle was broken tv didn’t work key card didn’t work even when they tried to redo it so only could use the one card . asked for more towels didnt get asked for refund for last day cause checked out a day early they told us first had to wait till when checked out so i did then said had to take it up with booking .com witch i tried and still no conformation of a refund so i guess i’m out almost 140.00 bad business all tge way around between booking.com and the hotel not very happy. i could keep going screws were coming outta the stairs so to me they were unsafe

Location and cleanliness

The pool wasn’t in working order, the door that leads inside was broken (including the glass). No one at check in. Kiosk only.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also liked the location. Our room was cleaned daily, and new, clean towels were supplied. The view from our room was lovely! The large Water Oak with Spanish Moss was absolutely beautiful!

We will not be staying at this property again. Upon arrival, there was no staff available on-site, as check-in is handled entirely through a kiosk system. This raised concerns about guest support and safety, particularly because the buildings did not appear to be secure and the landline phones were not functioning. We found ourselves discussing what we would do in the event of an emergency, as there was no front desk or on-site personnel available to contact. While we had our personal cell phones, the lack of an accessible staff presence was concerning. Additionally, our stay was significantly impacted during the last two nights by excessive noise. A group of men gathered between the buildings, consuming alcohol heavily and playing loud music from approximately 5:30 p.m. until nearly 3:00 a.m. on both Friday and Saturday nights. Because there was no on-site management or staff available to enforce quiet hours, the disturbance continued uninterrupted and made it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, the lack of security, staff presence, and enforcement of quiet hours resulted in a disappointing experience, and we would not choose to stay here again.

The room was nice and the view of the marsh was beautiful

The stairs to the 2nd floor are VERY steep and narrow. The sliding door in the room doesn’t open but also doesn’t lock. Check in was weird with zoom instead of a person. Pool was NOT open.

The air conditioner worked well.Other than that we liked nothing about this stay.As a matter of fact.We left a day early!

The pictures that they post of the rooms are misleadingThe rooms look nothing like they are pictured.The rooms are very dated.Old tore up furniture,stained sheets and towels.The room was not cleaned properly.There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor.There was a group of Mexican workers that were allowed to cook and play loud music and party all night.We were supposed to stay three nights but we left a day early because we just didn't feel safe.We never saw house keeping while we were there.As a matter of fact we we had to go to the front desk and deal with a very rude foreign lady to get some more towels that weren't stained.This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!Do not recommend anyone stay here!!!
