It was peaceful place to stay..

The entire property is in borderline decay. The step’s going up to the room are loose which causes you to trip, once you go into the room you find beds that aren’t made, big stains on the comforter and bed skirts, the sheets are not tucked in, you pull the covers back and you find extremely wrinkled and lumpy sheets, you’ll find body hairs, the chair has glossy grease stains from the head rest to the feet in the shape of a body, there’s stains throughout the flooring, the walls are actually rotten from air conditioning condensation leaks that have never been repaired, the entire property is disgusting and unkept. They use a kiosk check in system that doesn’t operate correctly because they do not have the internet capability to make it function correctly, you’re basically FaceTiming a person that doesn’t have service. The entire experience was disgusting and a terrible. We stayed for 20 minutes while looking for another hotel and found a Hilton and zero complaints with that property. It was clean, well managed and had a wonderful experience there.

They Canceled my reservation the day of check in wiitg a maintenance issue and did not have a replacement. I had prepaid for the room and did not have enough money to find another place to stay. I ended up sleeping in my car

I want .my money back immediately

My aunt found bed bugs in her room.

Not a bad hotel just smelled when you walked in and all in the hallways like smoke.

I loved the marsh view we had a sliding glass door so we kept it open a good bit

DEAD ROACHES, I WASNT REFUNDED MY MONEY OR GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. THE MAN ON THE VIDEO CHAT WAS RUDE. AND I ONLY STAYED AND HOUR!!! I also keep getting surveys and I answer them.
