Everything. Even didn’t mind that the private bathroom was down the hall because it was lovely.

Perfectly located in Stone Town with gorgeous rooms and excellent facilities. The rooftop breakfast is a must- the food is simply delicious and the panoramic views are unmatched. What truly sets it apart is the staff; they are incredibly kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel, each room was nicely decorated and unique. The staff were fantastic. Good coffee and food options. Good central location

My elderly parents found some of the facilities less comfortable (furniture) We didn’t enjoy the city tour we booked through the hotel (we gave the feedback immediately to the hotel staff)

Окна маленькие, света почти нет, мрачно, вид на стройку. Везде вокруг отеля стройка. Завтрак на крыше, опять же вокруг везде стройка и пыль. Завтрак очень скудный. К отелю не подъехать на машине, надо идти минут 5 от парковки, для старого горда это ок, но просто для инфо. В номере очень душно, кондиционер не справляется. Темно, душно, неуютно. Персонал не то, чтобы очень приветливый. Как будто бы одолжение сделали, что встретили нас. Мальчик на ресепшен шепелявил, сложно понимать речь )) и еще не понравилось, что изначально у нас была проблема с прилетом из-за начавшейся войны на востоке - я спросила можем ли мы отменить бронирование, если не выйдет долететь - ответ: нельзя, вы выбрали такой тариф. Абсолютно безучастно) я написала, что very upset :( мне даже не ответили )) трансфер от них до Кендвы 55 долларов, на улице нашли за 35. Ну такое в общем. Не знаю, почему высокая оценка у отеля, не рекомендую.

Whole experience was amazing. Absolutely beautiful guest house, room immaculate, so quiet even though location in the middle of Stone Town. All the staff were so lovely/friendly/helpful. Breakfast was delicious, coffee superb and what a view from the roof terrace. More than 100% recommend. I feel so lucky to have found it and privileged to have stayed there.
