Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley

This location is very quiet so that will be a plus or negative depending upon your preferences without a ton to do. Most are out wine tasting and coming back late afternoon. We went across the street for live music at the Auberge and had drinks at Pico Bar and ate at Sol Bar at Auberge - super fun and excellent food. We paid for a standard cabana which was not worth it. You would not even know they were rentals as they are simply 2 chaise lounges under a cover. The sides do not close completely and are about 1/3 the length so you move it as the sun moves. The deluxe cabanas which are $650 vs $350 are a true cabana. The service was the same as any chair at the pool. Staff is courteous and did a great job. Breakfast was good. Rooms are your standard high wine country level.

This is a gorgeous estate property. Beautiful setting amongst vineyards, modern/rustic decor. Stunning.

Bars close early at 6pm. Maybe there’s the restaurant bar but not sure.

All the staff was on point and friendly and when I say on point I mean they work hard and are great at their jobs. Every single staff member was attentive and ready to help you. This place truly feels like a five stars. We rented a super cabana one of our days and wow it was totally worth it. Natalie at the pool treated us like family . She really made us feel extra special during our visit so much so that went back to the pool the next day to have lunch just to see her and well, to get the fish tacos lol.

It’s a bit far north - not in the centre of the area so some lengthier drives required to visit places.

The hotel is lovely if you're looking to relax for a couple of days in nature, enjoy some good wine, bask in the quiet, and indulge in quality service. The hotel's restaurant is superb, and the spa is quite enjoyable.

I didn't like the room style, with its dark colors and gloominess. However, I think it's not a big issue if you're staying here for no more than two or three days and if there's bright sunshine outside. Over a longer period, though, it could lead to feeling depressed. The hotel staff is a bit hit-or-miss. While they were generally pleasant and helpful, there were a few instances of indifference to my inquiries.
