Piaciuto tutto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. staff eccellente.. posizione comoda..zona in sviluppo che da spazio alla vera realtà newyorkese..chi si lamenta della zona potrebbe alloggiare a Manhattan senza criticare questa zona..

Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice big bed, tv, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, good shower. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Nothing to dislike

J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre que nous avions, plutôt monder et bien agencé. De plus, le rooftop est un vrai point positif. La gentillesse du personnel est également un gros point fort.

Concernant le ménage, les poubelles étaient bien vidées, les draps de lit et les serviettes changées, mais petit bémol, le sol n’a jamais été passé à l’aspirateur. Dernier point, l’isolation des chambres, sous la porte d’entrée, un espace de vide laisse rentrer la lumière et forcément le bruit.

I recently completed a 6-day stay here and, unfortunately, would not recommend this property. The primary issue was a complete lack of service. Despite requesting housekeeping through the mobile app and confirming my request in person at the front desk, my room was only cleaned once during the entire week. The check-in process was equally disappointing. There was no recognition of my status, and I wasn’t offered so much as a bottle of water upon arrival. Beyond that, the staff was generally unfriendly and unhelpful. To top it off, the surrounding neighborhood is not great and didn't feel like an ideal location for a stay in the city. Between the service failures and the location, I will not be returning to this hotel.
