L équipe accueillante, souriante et toujours prête à aider même avec la barrière de la langue ils ont fait l effort de comprendre ce que l on souhaitait. Une attention particulière pour mon anniversaire (décoration de la chambre, friandises et cookies) — un geste qui fait vraiment la difference

Seuls bémols : parking payant et Climatisation ou du moins le type de climatiseur aux US diffèrent de ceux vendus en france par exemple en france plus silencieux et discret

"Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une famille"

Hôtel très propre, confortable, personnel très aimable et aux petits soins. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement et de façon sécurisée dans les rues adjacentes. Métro à 5 min à pieds. Parfait pour visiter Manhattan en transports et Brooklyn en voiture.

Le petit déjeuner a clairement baissé en qualité depuis 2024. Vaisselle jetable, pas assez de tables pour tous les clients. Qualité des produits plus que médiocre… Nous avons été déçus. Autre point à prendre en considération : le quartier: clairement pas le plus beau mais nous ne sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. Métro à 5 min et patrouille de police dans le quartier. Donc on y vient pour dormir et c’est tout!!

Todo, es genial! Muy limpio y moderno, habitaciones estan genial, grandes, cama comoda y tienen cocina!! Muy bien

La ubicación en si, da un poco de miedo el barrio pero es muy muy seguro , relacion calidad precio muy bien si no quieres pagar Manhattan

"Super séjour, si vous voulez être tranquille le soir en rentrant, je recommande."

Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon, les lits très confortables et la station de métro à 5 min, pour le petit déjeuner si vous êtes plutôt salé, passez votre tour.

Le quartier est en construction, pas très avenant et paraître peu sur, mais une semaine passée et aucun problème avec mes 2 filles grandes ados.
