"Would stay there again, hopefully they can tweak some things."

The receptionist who checked me in was very nice and friendly. She had a smile the entire time, very welcoming. Having kitchenette in the room was amazing.

Rooftop felt unsafe with the rocky tiles. The breakfast area was under construction & food quality and options could be improved.

"Building insulation and noise reduction with improvement potential"

Friendly and welcoming stuff.

One day prior to our arrival we were informed over email about the construction site nearby, too late to cancel for free. Overall very noisy which made our 5 nights stay not comfortable as we could not get enough sleep. The air conditioning is very close to the bed and there is not enough wall hooks eg. In the bathroom for the towels.

O hotel é bom, café da manhã, ok. Empregados cordiais e atenciosos. Quarto amplo e com equipamentos suficientes para uma boa estada. Facilidade de acesso ao metrô e linhas de ônibus.

A área onde o hotel está localizado é bem ruim pois as ruas são muito sujas, com muitos moradores de rua.

"Good Enough"

- Most of staff are friendly - Rooms big enough with powerful showers. - Beds not quite big enough for two people/ children. - Good breakfast quality and choice. Area too small for busy periods. - Location leaves a lot to be desired, although no problems or concerns about safety. - All in all, its a cheaper option than staying in Manhattan. 5 mins walk to subway & two short stops.

5-7 Minuten zur Metro, damit schnell nach Manhattan, JFK, Roosevelt Island und so weiter. Freundliches Personal, Frühstück ausreichend

O apartamento é bem confortável e completo. O café da manhã ajuda bastante economizar na cidade. Ter café disponível o dia inteiro foi bem agradável.

O entorno do hotel foi um pouco intimidador, porém não tive problemas mas evitei caminhar em horários vazios.
