The key kept messing up. i had to keep going to the office so they could reprogram it.

parking terrible

The place is very run down. The room is dark and musty smell. They turn off the AC. It's very loud since it's next to the highway, there's no insulation from the noise. I can't sleep at all. The door look like someone trying to crank open since all the paint near the handle is chip. There are random people park in the parking lots and stand by their car talking. There even an old car park there with a flat tire. It look like it has been there for a long time. It seem weird and scary. The elevator smell like someone pee inside and they tried to cover with some cleaning solution. If you going to pay, mind as well, just spend that extra 20 dollars to get a way better area with a better hotel. I paid for two nights and I left in the middle of first night since I can't stand the highway noise.

Bad area not safe

No pool

Room smelled like smoke even though there was no smoking in the rooms. Shower was the worse I ever had, shower head not centered and no water pressure. Sounded like you were going to fall through the tub whenever you moved. Continental breakfast was cereal bars and fruit. If you need a cheaper room in that area, it is not bad for 1-night.

Expected a typical best western...this was not it...
