The location is great. That is the best thing about the hotel. Unfortunately it doesn't provide value for the cost, plus it's $30.00 a night for parking. There's a URL in the parking lot to pay but no signal down there. The room didn't look anything like the pictures. It was clean but dated. You can't completely block out the light when sleeping. My biggest issue is the hotel is poorly staffed. The front desk was often unmanned. I added to my stay and called in advance to ensure continuity in the same room and still got locked out. You can't reach them on the phone either. Accounting mailbox is full. It's just a room in a hotel with a great location. There is no "experience". It's missing hospitality and warmth, which is ironic in Palm Springs. The friend I was traveling with was staying in town for 9 days. She chose to move elsewhere for the remaining 7 days. They could really capitalize on the great location. Unfortunate.

Older hotel that shows it's wear. Pool is great and staff though very friendly. Bar service was fast and good and Hotel is in a good location.

We were told everything was working properly and we would be able to use the pool and jacuzzi so we booked for one night to be able to swim but it was closed both pool and jacuzzi we went home 2 hrs away.. we were 4 people to shower with only 2 towels so only 2 of us showered we were Supposed to have complimentary waters we had 0 I called service and they told me rudely well you should have 2 there we can send security to check I said that sounds great so not best experience breakfast was the best part

Communicate to the guest correct info sense it was a 4 hr drive back and forth just to enjoy a night of swimming even if it was only till 10 or 12 pm treat guest with respect don’t make them feel like if they are lying about miserable water bottles

The location is excellent, close to everything. I liked the water dispensing station near the front entrance and the free bottles of water in the rooms. Fridge was very useful. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and hot water.

There are phones in the rooms that don't actually work to call the front desk. Just remove them since I had to walk to the desk anyway to ask for sheets for the fold out couch. When I dropped something down below the couch I realized not well vacuumed in the hard to reach corners. The hotel is big and it was tricky to find the ice dispenser--add more signage. Was once very fashionable, and not terrible, but not updated.
