The Wolfe Inn Wolfscastle

Staff are always so obliging, secured a booking with an alternative Inn when flooding in the kitchen prevented meals being unavailable, extremely impressed. ALL staff take time to ensure all needs are catered for, with a positive outlook if any problems should arise, always a pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our two nights at The Wolfe Inn. Breakfast was lovely and it is clear that it is a popular restaurant as there were plenty of people dining in each evening.

We arrived to closed pub waited until 17:30 when a guy turned up, no apology told him we’d rang 3 times and no one called us back he said he’s on his own and doesn’t get a break🙄 room was nice but poorly kept less than half a roll of toilet paper, bath towels just left on floor and one of the hand towels was dirty the place was not cleaned properly and dusty, the food hygiene was a poor 2 on the door. Shower was very rickety and one of the bedside lights not working. We left before breakfast no one in the place except some other guests not extremely disappointed and first time I’ve used Expedia I don’t think I’ll be using you again this place a disgrace !

Comfortable room,we were given keys to the room and fire exit door so we could come and go as we wanted.Staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was more than enough.Our room did not have a bathroom attached but it was no problem as it was just opposite .
