USAUAUThis is a lovely, light and very well appointed apartment in the main area of Varenna. Close to restaurants and the waterfront, we loved the terrace with its beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms; one with a washing machine that was definitely appreciated. Very clean and well maintained. Check-in was very easy with the reception right across the road. The staff were very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay here again.
There's not much to not like about this apartment If you don't like stairs you may find the steps leading to the front door a challenge but Varenna and Lake Como are full of stairs so it wasn't a worry for us. Loved this apartment.

Very steep steps to property (lift doesn’t work. However staff assisted with carrying bags.

The combo washer/dryer was not much of a dryer.
AUThe views. It was roomy. Facilities were fairly comprehensive. Contained most things we needed.
