Positive The hotel is located 30 mins away by car from the main ski resorts (Ischgl & St Anton area). The place is a modest and lovely hotel very well managed by Mary. She will make you feel during your stay as if you were at home. Tasty breakfast & hot water is guaranteed. Negative Nothing. Just that is a little bit difficult getting there if snow falls heavily but we could even cross the valley with a snowy road and reach Tobadill. In the village there is not much to do. Car is needed. We definitely recommend the hotel for those looking a non really expensive stay.

Stayed here two nights and it was very clean and cosy. Rooms are basic but peaceful and the owners are really helpful. Coffee and a hairdryer both provided in rooms. Very pretty surroundings - downside is a 75 euro taxi cost to St Anton and 160 euros from Innsbruck.

Stayed in this guesthouse for 5 nights over new year. The place is run by a flemish family who have managed to make it both a nice and cosy place to stay for tourists as well as a meeting point for the locals. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We ate all our dinners there except for one and were very happy. We stayed in room no.4 described by other guests as being not so pleasant since it is situated above the smoking room on the ground floor. We were, however, not bothered by either smoke or noise. In the smaller side room, some noise could be heard from probably other rooms or the staircase (squeaking floor/woodwork of the house when people moved around), but it did not reach a level that was annoying. All in all, a very nice place which can be recommended. On top of it, the scenery is very nice as the village is situated a bit up on the mountain and, for skiing, both major ski resorts of St. Anton as well as Ischgl are within a 30 min drive.

Wonderfully situated near Landeck, charming hillside hotel with gently perfume scented rooms removed all signs of fungus, and hardly any smoke left in carpets, furniture or linen. Nice local companionship in the bar Sundays after church.
