We stayed at Sheraton Manila new port pasay just recently this January 2026, *first no doorman both in and out, *leo nebres he knows us he didn't even give an effort to greet us and his so Rude imagine his asking his staff and asking to go his desk heller, he should give an example to his staff *room balcony couch so dirty floors and glass *upon checkout at room 516 the bellman his nice forgot his name and Mary grace from hk she's good and nice

The Shine Spa Sheraton Manila is absolutely amazing. I went for a massage 💆‍♀️ and had the ultimate experience. Naneth is excellent and it was the best massage of my life. She is 10 out of 10. I would recommend this spa as the best in Manila!!
