First and foremost, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude for the excellent hospitality I have received since checking in. Sir Leo, the head of the Concierge Team, is more than amazing 👏, then comes Chloe with Front Desk, and Krizelle from the Guest Experience Team. This is the reason why Sheraton Manila will always be the go-to place for staycations and celebrations. My goal is to make my grandparents happy and they definitely deliver. From the surprise cake, and the personal touch of having the coconut dessert which my lola loves, to the arrangement in the room. Once again thank you poooo.

We only stayed for a night as we were catching a flight early the next morning but it was perfectly located for the airport, there’s no noise from the planes despite being right opposite and the room was spacious, new and clean.

We like everything..specially the lounge access

The hallway carpet smells like mould when we arrived. Maybe it’s just been cleaned or shampooed. They other days were ok.
