Excellent experience here at Sheraton Manila, my kids enjoy the kids Club and the staff who assist us is very accommodating, thank you Mr. Gibson for allowing us to use the PS5 for my 12yo son. They had fun most of all my 7 yo and 1 yo kids love the place ‘cause it felt like home, very convenient. Thank you and until next time 😍❤️

Returning to the Sheraton Hotel for a second time, I was once again impressed by the serene and relaxing ambiance. I enjoyed a well-prepared Bangus paired with chamomile tea for breakfast-- a delightful combination that complemented the calm environment perfectly.

As the Lord granted myself and my wife 54 years of married life, we decided to have two weeks to celebrate.We were so bless to have started and ended at The Sheraton Newport. Sheraton is a very wonderful and a very accommodating hotel. It’s professionalism and hospitality is out of this world.

The staff are excellent. Knowledgeable and Polite. Extremely helpful.

I asked for a cab to the airport one that accepted electronic payments, but the Bellman or person managing traffic flow in and out got me a regular taxi who would not accept electronic payments. I had to make a stop at ATM to get money to pay the exorbitant fare that the cab was charging. That was the only blemish on what was a very, very nice stay.

Overall, the staff should raise this to a 5 star because they really are the heart of the hotel. Hotel was solid but also isolated - I know the have a ton of people but overall I felt like a revenue generator and not a guest. The room was very nice and everything, but also, just cold. But I would definitely stay here again.

It was an overnight stay on a weekend. Front desk staff are cheerful . They checked us in since the room was already available even though it is not yet the allowed time of 3 pm . Being connected to a Newport mall it was a breeze going back and forth the hotel and back. It was rather relaxing just watching the planes took off since I had a runway view. The sunset was an extra bonus. Room was ok even though the Nespresso coffee machine was only available in higher category rooms. Breakfast buffet was just ok , but much better quantity and quality to some lesser value hotels .
