No towels, hand towels , or wash cloths in room. Refrigerator barely cooled freezer did not work. Pool was broken and closed. It was hot and I was looking forward to a cool down swim. Ice and vending machines were broken and disassembled. Staff was in no hurry to assist with anything. No one would answer the office phone. No breakfast or coffee in the office. Office was not open in the morning to checkout. I could go on but will stop here. I t was not a good hotel.

"Hotel is ok, but take Whydem off the name. It must be embarrasseding"
