Schön zentral in einer Seitengasse gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr gute Busanbindung. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.

Es war durch die dicken Wände recht frisch, insbesondere im Bad. Während unserer Anwesenheit gab es häufig Probleme mit dem Internet, was durch mangelnden Mobilfunkempfang leider störend auffiel.

Sono stata 2 volte alla Gemma di Ortigia, mi sono trovata molto bene. Vicinissimo al centro e al mare. Appartamenti confortevoli, ristrutturati, puliti e molto tranquilli di notte. Per fare al colazione molte possibilità, a noi e piaciuto molto da "Dada" supermercato vicino etc. I signori Emanuela e Fabio sono veramente molto gentili. Da consigliare vivamente ☺️🙋

The place is spacious and very very comfortable. There is bedroom, a kitchen-living room area plus a bathroom. There is a small tv (no smart), WiFi, and AC. We stayed during winter, so we were grateful for having AC :D! The hosts are super friendly and let us stay the entire check-out day, and being winter, they saved us :D!

The only thing we did not like was the shower. There was little to no water and the temperature was a little cold (at least for me).
