The location of the apartment is very close to Piazza Duomo, in the heart of Ortigia and in a location where you can find everything you are looking for.

There was a problem with the heating of the apartment. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and its heating is not sufficient. The bathroom was much colder. There was a small heater in the bathroom but its heating was definitely not sufficient. In addition, since there is a common hot water tank in the building, it was often impossible to find hot water and take a shower, especially in the morning. In addition, the bed in the apartment was not comfortable. The landlord was very interested, but inadequate in solving the problems.

Korkunç bir deneyim oldu bizim için.bulmakta çok zorlandık.bulmak için aynı yerde 1 saatten fazla dolandık.yerli biri yardım etti o da bulamadı.adres tanımı açık değildi. öncelikle daire rutubetliydi ve koku korkunçtu. Yatak çok kötüydü. Eski ve içine gömülüyor.Etrafta ve kaldığımız yerde sürekli tadilat vardı ve çalışmaya sabah 7 de başlıyorlardı.işçilerin bağırış çağırışları ve matkap sesleri arasında uyumak mümkün değildi.banyoda duş insan sağlığını tehdit edecek kadar küflüydü.telefon asla çekmiyordu ve wifi berbattı! Ev sahibesine bir çözüm önerir belki umuduyla önemli bir telefon beklediğimizi kibarca söylediğimde aldığımız cevap dairede durmayın o zaman oldu:) daha bir sürü olumsuzluk arasında en son darbe havlu oldu.. aklımdan atamıyorum.. havluyu ev sahibesine bildirdiğimizde ise iyice çirkinleşti.. son derece terbiyesiz biri ve daire ciddi anlamda kötü!

huone on hämärä (huono valaistus, ikkunasta ei juuri tullut valoa), eikä luvattua merinäköalaa todellakaan ollut. Patja huonossa kunnossa, 2 viikon aikana ei automaattisesti siivousta/lakanoiden vaihtoa. Keittiönurkan hana oli hutera, hajoamassa.

Great location in Ortigia: quiet and central, close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the sea. The apartment was very clean and easy to reach, and the communication with the host Emanuela was very good: responsive and with clear and detailed instructions. Parking in Ortigia can be complicated/expensive, but there are shuttle buses connecting outside parking lots with the center.
