Le prix! à l arrivée le receptionniste débutant te dit que tu as droit au petit-déjeuner au premier étage sans mentionner qu il n'est pas compris dans le prix. Pour 2 café- croissants, CHF 56.00; c est cher. Le personnel très froid sauf au départ, nous avons eu droit à une réceptionniste souriante .

Bu otelde ikinci kalışım oldı çünkü: Mükemmel konuma sahip. Yeteri kadar geniş ve tertemiz bir oda. Süper rahat yataklar. Kahvaltı da sade ama çok lezzetli.

Amazing location for that part of the city, very recently renovated, very nice rooms, very clean, nice breakfast....

The attitude of reception team during day/night time is very strange. They only want to do check-in & out, even your questions regarding for a taxi, you receive surprised looks at you, they call eachother who will call a taxi , and the first hotel ever as asked for water , HAD an answer : we dont have !!!!!!!! Just a hotel to sleep in a good room in good location.....

No a la carte service for breakfast. Buffet or nothing.

The location. Beautiful decor. Nice comfortable room and bathroom.

The staff seem to lack hospitality training. Arrogant, basic level of English, and make guests feel like they don’t like working there. Room service and Breakfast in the room was a terrible and far too expensive. They forgot everything: even cutlery. They didn’t know how to make a vegetable omelette, forgot milk for coffee. They didn’t answer the phone. service was pitiful.
