I sent an email asking for details how to approach the hotel with a car and leave my luggage and nobody replied! So I had to carry my luggage from the parking lot on my own. Also they need to inform guests that they can have a free voucher to use on buses and tram. I learned about it because another tourist informed me.

I love this hotel so much I always stay at it when I visit Geneva the employees are so friendly welcoming and helpful Gabriella and Adele thank you so much

This time my room was at the second floor I didn’t like it because it was near to the kitchen and the restaurant at the first floor so it was a pit noise and I can smell the food , also The bed was squeaky

Food at Lebanese restaurant can be better. Hotel will be better with a roof top bar or a full functional bar in the hotel
