Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead

Great stay as usual at the Grand in Buckhead. Tried the lobby bar for some appetizers and drinks. It was very delicious (crab cakes, cauliflower dish) and breakfast at the lounge was also enjoyable. Service was attentive.

Had a very good experience at Grand Hyatt. Very nice and clean rooms. Helpful staff. Private study rooms to get work done even after checking out of my room, which I had never seen before. Overall a 10/10 experience for me.

Globalists are treated great at Hyatts, but this has to be the best of the best. Stay here, enjoy the club, bring your dog, have fun in Buckhead.

Globalist stay on cat 1-4 award. Received upgrade to Pure room, not standard suite. Shower was good but pure machine in room was quite noisy at times. Not as noisy as the air conditioning though! Club was good and appreciated but opted to eat buffet breakfast in cassis so we could enjoy more hot food - eggs, potatoes, sausage bacon etc. Club only offers three hot options at breakfast so it's okay for those seeking a more continental type spread. The club was good for snacks and coffees and the staff working were great. Our room had a broken bedside lamp that was a bit difficult to turn off. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The upgraded room had great views and we were given a corner room so it was larger and had more views. That might be why we received this room as an upgrade - not sure. It was appreciated but it would have been nice to have been told why a standard suite was not provided. We are a burger at the bar and found it too greasy. The views of the garden are lovely, and we enjoyed sitting in Cassis, right by the window during breakfast as well as sitting near the window in the bar area.

The rooms were nice (as expected). This was the first hotel (of all tiers) that I've ever stayed at that when we arrived early (not expecting anything to be ready) that we were told that there were rooms clean but were told that we would have to pay a $25 fee to check in early even though rooms were clean.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Attentive customer services and very efficient check in and check out. I appreciate the standard 12pm checkout time rather than earlier in the morning. Food served at our conference was provided by the hotel and all meals were excellent. I look forward to future stays at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead.

Stayed two nights for my wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend. Rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was on point, and breakfast was amazing. Will be back soon.

Comfy room with cool lighting options and lots of space to work or relax. Clean and well staffed with knowledgeable, helpful people. Decent variety of food options and everything I ordered was very good. I felt safe at the hotel, and thought there was a cheerful positive vibe there.

The hotel is beautiful and offers a great bar to enjoy cocktails. We had a quick weekend stay and did not eat at the hotel. I did enjoy visiting the Zen Garden. The room was lovely with a great view and it was so quiet I slept 10 hours. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Buckhead.
