Great room. Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Only stayed for overnight road trip. But we were able to get a room with just enough beds for our large family. Great staff and helpful and pleasant front desk!!!

Bathroom could use some upgrades, but it was very clean.

Really rundown looking hotel. There is no elevator and it's just a really dated looking place. Service okay and the room was fine but overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Had trouble with the shower, not much pressure and couldn’t get it to work

The employees were so nice and apologetic.

No hot water - freezing cold pool - no water pressure - very loud

Unfortunately, the water issue is huge. We could not shower when we arrived. It simply would not work. Many guest had no hot water or no pressure to shower. Ours was fixed but we were not able to use the one service that was much needed for our stay.

Being that I don’t travel often, it is nice to find a place that is so comfortable to be when you are away from your own home. Will use again when possible on trips.

Got in late and staff was very understanding and friendly. Room was clean and bed was very soft.

We checked in around 2:30 in the am traveling with two littles. The lady on staff that checked us in was so kind and accommodating. She rang us up and then warned us we were second floor with no elevator and I asked if we could move to 1st so we didn’t have to carry sleeping kiddos up and she fixed it so fast.. even held the lobby doors open for us so we could get them in quick. Exactly how anyone would hope to have customer service!! The room felt clean, and the beds were so comfy. Not a lot of traffic so it stayed pretty quiet!! Value for money equaled out for us!!
