"Good hotel but entrance needs work"

Hotel room was clean and spacious. Hotel location near supermarket and restaurant was great. Entrance around elevator shaft is horrible. Dark with no signs to hotel. I understand it is shared with mall but hotel should significantly improve appeal and fix horrible / noisy / old elevator shaft. Doesn't give a good impression to a otherwise good hotel.

Alles super. Der Drink an der Bar war fabelhaft und der Barceeper toll. Leider konnte das Personal beim Frühstück kein Deutsch. Ansonsten alles perfekt.

Been living and traveling in Europe the last two years. This hotel has by far the largest rooms I have stayed in while here and maybe even the US, and they were super clean. The hotel is located above a mall and grocery store which was convenient when we needed something. Took tram to Basel Switzerland for the Christmas Market, its was about 15 min away, couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!

Lovely large rooms, friendly staff Delicious breakfast and dinner. Wide choice... The hotel is ideally located. Close to Basle but still quiet. Ideal base to visit downtown Basle...... Instant response from staff when questions arise.
