Great Hotel (on the German side) with excellent location and tram stop 50m away. Hotel management needs to put more effort in signs and directions as it's one of the toughest hotel to locate inside the building. It's so dark and you can hardly read signs (nothing in English). Once located it's a great clean property with big rooms. I have given 4 stars purely due to poor signs. Also you need to carry your passport around as I got stopped by German police inside the tram travelling from Swiss side as the hotel is literally next to border crossing.

Overall it was a very good stay but very unpractical regarding finding the entrance & even more unpractical at checking out time taking baggage to a car parked on the 6th floor.

I stayed here for 4 days with my two kids and my daughter got hurt 3 times. One was very bad but with her leg becoming blue. The room is very child unfriendly with sharp corners in most of the furniture and also the slanting wall is constant bother (she hit her head on the as well). Also shower was broken. We told them few times. They said someone will come and fix it. But then our schedule was so busy that we got tired of asking so just left it. Not a great experience at all.
