I love the property! Love our spacious it was , the location was great felt like we had a house on own .

The Oven not working, the shower overflowed , contacting the owners was late response , the twin aircon and heater wasn’t blowing out heat all the well. Because we didn’t want use the fire and one our nights it was cold.

Loved that it was close to Halls Gap and other places

There were quite a few things not working and had they been would have made such a difference. The remote for the fireplace not working… thankfully the air con had heating as well.. light above basin in bathroom not working… only one bedside lamp in main bedroom had a globe in it…. Toilet roll holder broken…..

Beautiful location pretty much everything you need

The room could have been a bit cleaner and the coffee was out of date

Great location and beautifully presented with excellent facilities. Loved the Roos in the adjacent field outside our front door 😊

2 very minor points which could easily be rectified: 1. No shower gel / body wash - just shampoo and conditioner. 2. We stayed for 2 nights and could have done with more towels.

We were upgraded from our original room due to maintenance issues, so ended up in the residence - lovely home, with plenty of space - we made use of the wood fire, barbecue and laundry facilities. Everything we needed was there. Small issue we did have at the time was rectified quickly by owners with no further issues.

Supplied hard and soft pillows - location was glorious

Only half the downlights worked, none in the kitchen and outside light not working. All taps in bathroom were dripping badly. Large splinter on stair down into bedroom. No service at all.

The actual bed configuration was not same as description. Booked for Q+2S, but only have 2Q in the room. Asked staff during business hours at least provide an extra blanket (no extra blanket provided in the room) for one of the friend may can sleep on the uncomfortable sofa. But NO ONE Replied. This was unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. They may just don’t care. And also NO ceiling light for one of the bedroom. NO ceiling light for bathroom (only heating lights)
