Bed was extremely hard Light globe missing from lamp Cobwebs visable around bedroom window Some power outlets visably loose and coming away from wall No handwash, tissues available

"Very disappointing, and poor host."

Nice location

There were 5 lights that did not work or did not even have globes in them. The bed arrangements were not as booked and the contact was very unhelpful with any kind of resolution to this. There were no bin bags or dishwashing detergent and contact never responded to any messages to provide any.

"Faculties and location good let down only by general cleanliness and maintenance"

Location is good just outside of Halls Gap but still close to most things The room had everything we needed Bed comfortable and clean

Room needs a full deep clean especially kitchen and bathroom Full maintenance inspection required a kitchen and bathroom lights not working. Silicon and taps in bathroom need repair

Spacious apartment with Incredibly comfortable bed. Great little kitchen with good utensils. Lovely aspect with outdoor dining. Lots of nature.

Loved it ….. so this is just a suggestion…… a little more soap and an extra roll of toilet paper and maybe chair pads for the outdoor seats.
