Bath tub was nice

The pillows were not the best - too hard and big. Only had half a toilet paper roll :(

Apt 3 was nice and clean

Stayed in apt 3, has a few issues and sent a message rather than leaving a negative review however did not get a response which seems to be becoming a trend. This place is run down. It does not have a fire place!!!! Only an electric heater, this is very misleading. The information book still refers to a fire place so there seems to be very little interest in maintaining this property. Only provided with two pillows (one very firm and one too so soft) and two tiny bath towels, consider there is a spa an extra towel would have gone a long way. A few light bulbs out including the one kitchen light, bathroom fan doesn’t work leaving the bathroom consistently damp. Very thin wall in the bedroom to the point you can hear people talking. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

No spare blanket in case cold sorry don't like electric blankets, and no toilet paper in the bathroom

Spacious, good location.

Hot water tap in the bathroom was not working. Light siwtch in the room was very off, on the oppsoite corner from the room door, which was weird.

The units were set up well and location was good.

Batteries were flat in fire place remote and bin. Spider webs around windows inside and in bathroom. Restated in unit 2 which on the website stated it had a double bed and 2 singles but had a queen and a double.We have 2 adult children which had to share a bed. The double bed sagged on the edges and made it difficult for 2 people to sleep on so one of us had to sleep on the couch. A family member was in the Paradise unit and had tree branches baking on the roof or walls during the night.
