Hampton Inn Raleigh/Durham Airport

Staff was friendly and very clean.

We have stayed at the airport when flying out of Raliegh on several occasions. The staff here are top notch. Latoya at the front desk is professional and always smiling. She is sunshine after a long day of traveling. The shuttle driver is outstanding as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable

Excellent stay, room was clean and AC was super cool, even in the hallway. Breakfast selection was extensive. Only issue is that the pool was closed on a 90 degree memorial day weekend :( We specifically booked for a pool.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at this location. It was very clean, the staff was efficient, welcoming, and professional. The free breakfast was one of the best—the items were stocked well up until the last minute. Often at other hotels if you come at the last half-hour or so there are “slim pickens”. There were a couple of inconveniences, but not really a problem. One of the elevators was out and also, you do hear airplanes since it is by the airport. The noise was not overbearing and I did not lose sleep because of it. I mention it just so folks that are booking will be aware.

Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location

Very unfriendly front desk man. Asked for a car to take to airport at 530 am. Came down stairs at 525 and asked about it and he said we needed to wait til 530. Well 15 minutes later no car to airport. We barely made our flight and it was stressful. Also we had a huge roach in our room.
