Great location. Didn't use any other facilities and can't tell anything about them.

The room we were in was too vintage... Some will love it, but not my cup of tea. It also smelled like old people.

There was no serive from we arrive.... at the breakfast there was missing everything no bread, eggs, marmalade nothing we was waiting 45 min and the staff didnt come with anything. many other guists was very negativ

Nice room and bathroom. Very quiet. Location is pretty good. Good tea and coffee facilities. At check in the man carried our suitcase for us.

The double bed was really two singles with a large mattress … so there was a hard bump in the middle which is not what couples want. The building was separate from the lobby which was 2 doors down, giving it a feeling of not really being in a hotel. The view was very dull. The cleaning lady just opened the door on us while in bed which was not good.

location , facility of the room , the property was so cozy .

1- there is no staff to carry the luggage. 2- we must carry our luggage throw so many different stairs (may be 5-6 ) each have between 4-6 steps and that wasn’t clear in the booking site, it’s not suit handicap at all . 3- the reception in other building.

Breakfast was great. Superb selection of food and very helpful staff. It was unusual that we had to leave the suite and walk to the breakfast room located in the sister hotel. This took no time at all as it was next door so it wasn't far. We enjoyed the short walk, even in the rain/drizzle for some fresh air! We didn't mind it all all but it was unusual and might not suit some people.

I wasn't aware that check-in and the breakfast was at the sister hotel. Perhaps I missed that in the confirmation email so possibly my fault. Other than that, absolutely nothing.
