我们到达的时候还没到入住时间，但是房东很友善，清洁完成后马上就是让我们提前入住了。 有一个很美的树景房小院子，厨房餐具齐全，还有单独的小餐厅，我们在这里做了晚饭和早饭。 路边停车很方便。

The bed was really comfortable and it was close to everything we wanted to see in downtown Reykjavik.

The whole place is in a total state of disrepair. The outside steps are falling apart. There's lots of tripping hazards throughout. And the pipes need to all be replaced as every time you turn on the water, a sewage smell starts to emanate throughout the entire room and building. The water is not drinkable and not usable for cleaning things, showering, or washing your hands. As for the size of the place the rooms are tiny and the bathroom is about the size of half a phone booth. So trying to squeeze in there to use the facilities is an experience.
