Superior Suites Phoenix Mesa

This was a old motel that was way over priced for the price. The bathroom was so small I had to almost step in the tub to open and close the door. The bed was so so but pullows not comfy Overall just to pricey for the room. The staff was hospital and friendly though.

Good price for a fairly decent room. Poor TV reception and choices but overall a good stay at a good price

Outdated Linens were poor. Towels were ready for rags Grubby Needs a huge reno

I didnt like that when i arrived i had paid for an extra night just to be allowed to check in at 7am...the power was out two of my three days stayed their only reinbursement dient happen unless you were willing to get out of the room! So i was unable to cook shower or watc h tv but I would've had to leave for a refund please tell me your goin to loook unto getting MYn m o n ey back because I braved the dark!!

Property was ok for a cheap place to stay for a overnight. Just don't expect to much.

This was an ok place. Check in was easy and the clerk was very nice. They don't have breakfast and could use some improvement in the bathroom

The property was well tended, parking lot clean and had no potholes or damage, well marked. We were only ten minutes from freeways, which was OK with us.

Did not like, bed, tv ,shower

The room I was given (208) was problematic. There was a coffee machine on a counter with no outlets within reach. There was no table in the room. If there was a table, the coffee machine could have been relocated to be near an outlet. The WIFI signal was so poor that it could only be received near the front window. The lack of a table meant you had to hold your laptop in your hand to get WIFI. One of the chairs had screws poking up through the seat, that stabbed you if you sat on it. Management knew this, and said they used screws that were too long when they repaired the chair! Some nasty bug was biting me in my sleep, as I woke up with several bites. They moved me to a better room (102) with no problems.

It was clean, bed was comfortable. TV and coffee maker did not work
