Location was great.

Co-worker had bed bugs in her room, she was had to get a room at a different hotel. My TV did not work, second day, staff had to replace TV. Elevator was broken. Staying on the second floor made it difficult and unsafe to get luggage downstairs through the stairs. Rail in stairwell was loose making it even more dangerous. Had a work emergency and I need to use the computer they had set up in lobby but the gentleman that was at the front desk did not know the password so I could not use. It was one issue after another. Not a good stay. Very disappointing.
