Nice big room! Biggest I’ve ever stayed in.

The bed was really comfortable! I didn’t have time to try out the gym and other hotel facilities, but they looked nice!

The room layout was very strange with the foot of the bed directly facing the door to the room. The tv was also very far from the bed, too. The water took several minutes to heat up for the shower, but it might just be the time of year (December). The breakfast options didn’t have many gluten free choices. Because the eggs were in the same tray as the hot biscuits, I didn’t trust that they’d be safe to eat, so I only could have an orange and a small yogurt, which was very sugary and didn’t have much protein. It would have been nice to have some hard boiled eggs or egg bites in a separate container away from the other good items.

I had to wait quite a while for the hot water. I hate wasting water.

Community areas were spacious and attractive. The coffee was good and always available.

I was promised a discount for AAA or AARP but never received it. They use too much Clorox on the bathroom towels and my skin broke out. The hot water in the shower never worked. Too expensive given these high prices.

The Staff was friendly and informative.
