Ramada by Wyndham Pittsburgh/New Stanton

the one outlet where lamp was plugged in didnt work. the other outlet on other side of bed couldnt plug anything into it. The commode had trouble flushing and the next morning it wouldnt flush at all woman that checked me in wasnt friendly at all the so called breakfast they provided was just thrown in the area at the different stations. not much to choose from i was very disappointed in this stay and will go to holiday inn next time

This hotel was dirty and disgusting! I cannot write about my stay, because I did not stay. The lights were off in the lobby when I arrived only one small light was on. It was dingy and smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The exterior was unkempt and the hallways were dark dingy. We did not feel safe in the parking lot or in hotel. When I expressed my concerns about my safety and requested a refund, they refused to give it to me. hotels.com should not have this hotel on their website I was misled and ripped off. When I reached out to hotels.com for help, they could not do anything for me

What a run down, dirty, smelly hotel. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I got exactly what I paid for. It was probably nice in 1982.

I didn’t expect the Ritz for a $60 stay but I did expect a functional AC unit to start, and it was balmy for a 50 yr old woman in pre- menopause. The temp was 60 or it was 82- no way to adjust. And “60” felt like 75, so I had a hard time sleeping. Also I had specifically asked about a continental breakfast and the manager told me 6am, which was perfect for me because I work at 7am at Frick Hospital. I came down with bags in hand at 6:15 and all the lights were out in the dining area. Strike 2. I am a traveling medical professional signed to a 13 week contract on weekends. Needless to say I will probably not be returning to the Ramada. Also- the pics online are not a good representation of the actual rooms. Carpet felt stale and dirty on my bare feet. Dirty chair. Bathroom in need of updating, loose plumbing and poor shower head. The gentlemen at the front desk were very nice.

The room is comfortable. But the light switches are not properly working. The breakfast is not much of choice, just bread, milk, and few types of cereals. I asked for complementary tooth brush and paste, but no success. It is 30 mins away from Pittsburgh downtown.
