Ramada by Wyndham Pittsburgh/New Stanton

Very dated, old, worn, shabby.

Hotel was run down and dirty. Service was not accommodating and not helpful at all. Never staying there again.

The bed was hard. There were only 3 tiny pillows for a king size bed. It said it was a non smoking room, but it smelled like old stale smoke. Everything in the rooms were old and out dated. When we were leaving in the morning, the whole hallway smelled like Marijuana.

There was 1 roll of tp, no ice, no breakfast, broken vending, everything was horrible

This property was disgusting. It is a drug hotel. The staff are very rude. The rooms are cold even tho there should be ability to put the heat up more but you can’t because the owners are cheap. When we got there the hot water wasn’t working and had to tell them about that which it didn’t change anything . The beds are horrible. Just felt very dirty in that place. Asked for extra towels and wash cloths and they were very stingy about wanting to give us extra. The tub was even dirty. The clean wash cloths even looked dirty like they weren’t washed well. I would not recommend going here.

This property is in bad shape, needs basic repair. Plumbing, water tub not draining, bathroom door not closing. Air conditioner not working. There are things like that which needs to repair.

The power went off our first night there, nobody said anything about it didn’t check on us or apologize for it either. There wasn’t any breakfast. They didn’t come in to switch our towels out and only gave us one rag to bath with we had to get more. The room wasn’t the cleanest and the sheetz had stains on it. And the tv sucked it was fuzzy and only like 8 channels worked. The guy on our floor that was a door or two down from us kept slamming doors yelling at a baby and had his tv up crazy loud. Never again will I stay there..

Yeah I mean it served a purpose but it was an… interesting stay.

If what you are looking for is just the basics…you might want to look further. I stayed 5 hours. Got up to have breakfast. Not impressed. Bring your own. Probably was decent at one time. Worn.
