Ramada by Wyndham Pittsburgh/New Stanton

The place is tired and dirty. The room smelled like cat urine. The floors were sticky. The pool was drained. The breakfast consisted of brown water disguised as coffee (VERY watered down) and two loaves of white bread with peanut butter and jelly. Definitely won't stay here again.

The hotel was very run down and dingy. The photos on the internet were very outdated and misleading. There were stains all over the bed, a 3 inch crack under the door, and tears in the lampshades. No water in the pool and the grounds were overgrown and unkept. Plus it smelled musty. Will never book a Ramada again.

This place is bad. No pool as advertised free breakfast was really bad powdered creamer for coffee so bad and dirty bathrooms halls carpets floor parking area trashy.

The beds are absolutely horrible, on huge metal frames that make so much noise even when you just turn over in the bed. And the front desk man was creepy and followed me and my boyfriend to the room like he was spying and then walked up behind us when we were opening the door and almost gave me a heart attack.

Non-smoking rooms has solid smoking smells, very dirty lining in replaced room too at 11 pm, no water in toilet for one hour , new room at 11.40 pm, very dirty, very bad smell, very old motel type, only useless bread and poor coffee in breakfast. Avoid this junk property at all costs if travelling with family or couple

Basic hotel with some upgrades in rooms (ie: new beds and dresser/tv/refrigerator stand. Bathroom was not very nice, from the tiny toilet to the stained tub floor not to mention the crappy grout and paint job. Breakfast was a joke… 2 cereals in dispenser, a couple 1/2 loaves of bread in their bags, 3 bananas, watered down perked coffee…

When checking in, the desk clerk asked for my ID and held it for a good 4 minutes before I questioned if there was an issue. He said "no" and handed my ID immediately. I had to submit a security deposit of $50, so upon the arrival of room 244, I scanned the environment and took pictures of any damages. There's a door that leads to another room with what seems to be a punched hole on the door, burn mark on one of the blankets of the beds, broken screen window looking outside, the door frame itself seems to slowly be falling apart, missing security chain for the door. Next morning, when checking out, I asked for a receipt, and the desk person (different person) stated I will get it in my email. His attitude was unwelcoming as of he just wanted me to leave already. My family and I just needed a place to sleep for the night, but will never again attend to this location.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was filthy, broken down. I will never stay at a Ramada by Wyndham again. I wish I would have taken photos. And I also wish I would have read the previous reviews before I booked.

This is a very dirty Hotel, we'll never stay here again., Walls and doors are dirty. Beds are very uncomfortable, swimming pool is non functionable. And the morning breakfast is over at 9 AM needs to be longer.

Cheap and damaged items in room. Smelled like air freshener likely to cover up smoke odors. Would not recommend.
