Ramada by Wyndham Pittsburgh/New Stanton

Pros: Off the highway. Close to restaurants. Quiet. Con’s: It was run down. Bare bones. Lights and doors need fixing. Deserted.

They said they had remodeled...LIE. air-conditioning did not work. Room was not clean. They said they have a pool...they do but it was empty of water. They should pay people to stay there...Staff is rude when problems are brought to there attention.

We tried to find a hotel in Pittsburgh, but everything was sold out. This hotel had rooms at a reasonable price, but they were not very clean, definitely old and we had no smoke alarm. You could tell it had been on the wall, but it was no longer there! it wasn't the worst experience ever but I would probably never stay there Again....

That breakfast provided was a joke. The bagel bin has a loaf of bread. There was basically waffles and cereal. We ate breakfast elsewhere because it was just sketchy.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. Nothing is clean. Stains. Sticking. Gross. Smells like terrible. Rooms are dirty, smells like cigarettes. No ice machines. Not vending machines. No pool. No wifi. No restaurant. No bar and lounge. NOTHING THEY LIST ON THEIR HOTEL IS TRUE. -20 stars. Lights didn’t work. Tvs didn’t work. The bathtubs are cover in soap scum. I took one step in the tub and slipped, slammed into the wall and bruised me knee and shin. NO ELEVATOR. I went back and looked at thw reviews for this place and these are not nea issues. All of these things have been out of order for years. They are scammers. DO NOT STAY HERE

Need to fix ac in the room.

Worst hotel experience of my life! This place needs to be condemned and bulldozed! First we were placed into a room with missing/broken smoke detectors, stained bedding, black and red slime mold, and a broken AC unit which ended up flooding the room. We got them to switch the room for the second night, but when we returned for the night the promised room was given to another guest. They found us another room but surprise the room’s door had previously been kicked in and was hanging off broken hinges and couldn’t be properly closed. The lights also were not working properly. This resulted in another room change. Oh also none of the rooms had the promised safe. All of them have screws and brackets sticking out of the walls. I have pictures and videos to back all of this up.

The property stinks like a womens BO from the front to the back. The room had no good plugs. So we couldn't charge our phones. The microwave didn't work the plug was pulled back that you can see all the wires. The shower had no pressure. We complained and they basically said we dont care. Never will i stay again. The property is dirty and all rotted out. So was the furniture in the room.

No breakfast no vending machines no cribs or rollaway bed, staff was nice, 50 was taken out as insurance, was told it'd be refunded immediately after checkout and am still waiting.

Very reasonable price and adequate conditions
