large apartment with plenty of utilities. it is good for family and for longer stay.

Overall, the place wasn't terrible, especially considering how low the cost was compared to other resorts; however, this is a pretty outdated stay. It worked for our family because we simply slept there and loved that we had a fully furnished apartment, but it wasn't luxury living in Hawaii. The place was fairly clean, dust on light fixtures and baseboards, but overall we felt we got what we paid for. Would recommend as long as you're not looking for a fancy Hawaiian stay.

Really nice please in Kauai- you get to everything pretty fast. Is really clean & friendly people at the reception

We had the C building - which is near to the Main Street, during the night is was pretty loud. Just be aware if you book it. I would still reccomend it, because the location is really nice & everything is clean

The distance from the airport and the view

Clumps of hair on towels; shower soap dish covered in scum; roaches; bedroom window wouldn’t close so owners took the batteries out of the bedroom remote

The entire "hotel" is pretty run down and sad. It was nice how spacious the room was, but the internet never worked consistently despite a staff person doing everything he could to fix it. (He was extremeley nice and helpful, he just wasn't able to fix it). The front desk staff was very nice and professional.

The location of Banyan Harbor Resort was extremely convenient for my family and I, as we rarely experienced traffic while driving from their area to other locations. It is also within walking distance of restuarants, shops, and Kalapaki Beach! The room was renovated very nicely - from the kitchen, to the living room and dining room, and the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had no issues with any of the appliances. Although we did not get to experience the pool since it was under renovation and we wanted to maximize our trip visiting Kauai’s beautiful beaches and state parks, anyways. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful; Vicky, Rochelle, and Trish were all so kind and informative! The ambiance and atmosphere of Banyan Harbor Resort was very relaxing and contributed to an excellent experience in Kauai. Overall, Banyan Harbor Resort is an amazing option to stay during your vacation in Kauai. I would highly recommend!
