Banyan Harbor

Location to our golf courses was great . Size of accommodations with 2 BR / 2Bath was excellent.

Pool was under maintenance all week and No hot tubs on the property. Access to even first floor rooms via stairs difficult. Would not want a 2nd or 3 floor room for sure .

The condo we stayed K132. It was dirty. It smelled terrible and caused a coughing fit after only being in there for 20 minutes. The pictures did not do it justice and there was mold growing thru the caulking in the tub where they had “tried” to seal it up. The air conditioner did not cool in the upstairs master and they are on timers. They smelled very musty when they were. Also, they charge you for your keys, you can’t back into parking places or hang your items outside to dry. It not with the money.

Everything was well set up for my arrival. Fans were on and the location was close to the airport since my flight was late at night, driving to my destination was easy. I would recommend this place to stay!

Exceptée la vue sur le port et les bruits des engins qui travaillent sur les quais proches du ressort, tout es bien. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

La piscine était fermée pour travaux

Convenient location, close to restaurants and beach. Easy walk to ABC to get a daily newspaper. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice view of the ocean.

Great location with easy access to the airport and all major roads. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It came equiped with supplies to get you started. The beds were very comfortable. Our rental was a two-story with the living room/dining room/kitchen and toilet on the lower level and two bedrooms with bathroom (and shower) plus washer/dryer on the uper level. Kitchen had all needed pots, pans, plates and silverware.

Very spacious

The lady that checked us in did not give us the parking pass and did not tell us we cannot back in the car and we got a warning sticker in the morning :(
