Great staff. Vindetel at breakfast was professional and friendly. Very attentive and genuine. Wonderful breakfast. Very close to SM mall and connected to hotel by walkway. SM grocery inside the mall makes it so convenient. Location is the best.

ATTENTION: MANAGEMENT — especially PHOL ROSARIO of Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Group, Iloilo This is a formal call to immediately stop the ongoing BULLYING and MISTREATMENT of staff. Your management style is deeply concerning and reflects poor leadership, lack of professionalism, and disregard for employee welfare. These behaviors have not gone unnoticed—multiple witnesses can attest to this pattern of conduct. Management must take urgent and decisive action regarding this matter. Failure to do so will leave no choice but to escalate formally, including legal action through a lodged complaint. Let this be clear: This is not leadership. This is bullying. An individual who consistently demonstrates unprofessional behavior and a serious attitude problem has no place in an organization that claims to uphold standards of respect and integrity. Immediate accountability is expected from upper management of this incorporation.

"thoughtful staff"

excellent food and excellent service. The staff, Vindezel was very attentive and thoughtful—he overheard that I wanted to try the hot chocolate and kindly served me without me even needing to ask. Such a small gesture made a big difference. He was friendly and approachable.
