"Für ein oder zwei Tage ausreichend"

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut!

Keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer die Kleidung in einen Schrank zu räumen, da kein Schrank vorhanden war. Das Licht flackerte die ganze Zeit, daher haben wir noch abends das Zimmer gewechselt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist uns sehr entgegengekommen.

Ein sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal egal ob Empfangs-, Frühstück- oder Reinigungspersonal. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe gut und die Kofferablage ideal. Das Bad/Toilette ist großzügig und mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Klimaanlage läuft hervorragend und relativ leise. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Tische sind sauber. Sehr schön und wichtig ist auch, dass die Rezeption Nachts besetzt ist. Dieses gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl und verhindert dass das Hotel von Reizgruppen genutzt werden könnte. Weiteres siehe bei Negativ.

Leider soll demnächst die nächtliche Besetzung der Rezeption wegfallen. Dieses gibt einem aber ein gutes Gefühl und verhindert, dass das Hotel von Reizgruppen genutzt werden könnte. Ob das Hotel in Zukunft für uns noch in Frage kommt, ist bedenkenswert. Man kann einen solchen kunden- und in der Folge umsatzfeindlichen Schritt der Kettenführung sehr schlecht nachvollziehen.
