Mir hat alles gefallen. Es gab sogar ein Begrüßungs-Getränk. Beim nächsten Oberhausen-Besuch werde ich es wieder buchen.

"Prima faciliteit buiten de gebreken in de kamer en een deel van het personeel dat weinig of liever niet klant vriendelij"

Locatie voor het doel dat ik er was

Er zat geen deur in de badkamer die was gewoon weg. De verlichting in de badkamer deed het deels niet en een ander deel ging knipperen als een stroboscoop. Dus ik heb maar een lamp gebruikt die elders op de kamer stond. Naar het toilet en douchen in het donker is toch lastig. Na hier over ingesprek te zijn gegaan werd ik verwezen naar een manager die nooit aanwezig was. En een andere kamer was geen optie. Ik had geboekt voor 2 maar mijn partner kon helaas niet mee gevraagd of ze tenminste het ontbijt er af konden halen, reactie was weer u moet bij de manager zijn. Inmiddels een mail gestuurd maar geen reactie. Rond uit belachelijk.
