Hotel Luna

Great location, but very hard to find parking lot, my room nothing close to what pictures show, my room not very clean and smoke director was bipping, so they gave me another room smaller size same issue not very clean , beds were very hard , good things only stayed one night.

Great stay at this hotel. Location is everything! Close to many restaurants/attractions. Walking distance to almost everything you would want to see in Guanajuato.

Nice friendly staff. There were a few hairs in the sheets but they put clean sheets.

I LIKED THAT THE PROPERTY WAS IN THE HEART OF GUANAJUATO, HOWEVER, IT WAS "DAY OF THE DEAD '" CELEBRATION AND IT WAS JAMMED PACKED.

Location is great. Lobby is beautiful. You get what you pay for with the rooms. The big criticism is the A/C makes a loud noise tot he point when it turns on it will wake you up. I stayed in rooms 2 and 14. It was the same problem in both. Just a heads up, other than that I'd stay here again.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby great appearance. Room door had a noticeable separation where doors close in. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Amazing location and the staff was very helpful

This hotel lobby is Breathtaking, very conceptual. Looks like an old house from the 1800’s. Loved it. The rooms were not that comfy space related, also the bathroom was very small and the bed was hard. But we only stayed for one night so it did the job. Also this hotel is extremely great located so could definitely book again for short trips. Breakfast was included and is was delicious.
